CORNERSTONE LIBRARY (SIMON & SCHUSTER)
Series Note:
This was a paperback series of nonfiction books in the fields of sport (including golf, water sports, fishing, physical fitness, etc.), hobbies (including coins and stamps), how to, practical guides, science, vacation guidebooks, child guidance, law, etc.

The covers of a number of volumes (e.g. The Magic of Self Direction by David J. Schwartz; The Trouble Book by Eugene Kennedy; Bridge Squeeze Made Easy by Terence Reese and Patrick Jourdain; Francine Prince's Quick and Easy Diet Gourmet Recipes) include the words "Cornerstone Library Published by Simon & Schuster, Inc.". This wording suggests that the Cornerstone Library was a series. The title pages of other volumes include the words "Cornerstone Library, New York" (with no mention of Simon & Schuster) which suggest the Cornerstone Libary was an imprint.
